Why we're raising
I built RallyText because I was the team director running a youth sports program on a group text that nobody could keep up with. Parents missed messages. Coaches forgot who they'd contacted. The whole thing was a mess.
We're a small, profitable operation run mostly by me — a parent, a developer, and someone who's been inside these programs for years. The product is live, teams are paying for it, and coaches are using it every week. We're not chasing a big exit. We're building something that actually works for the people who need it.
We're looking for capital to grow: more features, more leagues, and the ability to handle the outreach that one person can only do so much of.
How investment could work
We're a Michigan LLC (Frequency 42 LLC) operating RallyText. We're not a traditional venture play — no 10x in 18 months story here. But we think there's a real, durable business in serving youth sports programs, community leagues, and high schools that need this kind of communication tool and have no good options right now.
We're open to a few different structures depending on the right fit:
Equity
A direct ownership stake in Frequency 42 LLC / RallyText. We'd negotiate terms, valuation, and rights. Best for someone who wants to be involved long-term.
Revenue share
A fixed percentage of monthly recurring revenue for a defined period. Simple, no equity, no voting rights. Good for someone who wants return without ownership complexity.
Convertible note
A loan that converts to equity at a future round or event. Common structure for early-stage companies. We'd agree on cap, discount, and maturity.
Strategic partnership
Not purely financial — a league, association, or sports organization that wants a stake in the platform they use and promote. Open to creative arrangements.
